    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Schedule flexibility, casual atmosphere, and company's reputation (public reputation)

    Cons

    - Comissions are capped
-If you do good one month, they'll penalize you the next. This allows them to pay to you what's in their range.
-No incentive to grow accounts since they'll inflate the goals and make it impossible for you to make money.
    - Managers are nothing but micromanagers. They are good people but are only puppets to upper management. They have no opinions and do not dare to stand up to their bosses.

    Advice to Management

Let your Managers, manage! Instead of listening to to 50 calls a day. Have them pick up a phone and actually earn some of the business. The economy is bad now. It seems as if you refuse to think that. The blame seems to be on dials, talk time, and other things that truly aren't the root of the cause. There are sales managers here that are beyond incompetent. Change the culture! While the economy is down now, us employees have to grin and bear whatever nonsense is thrown at us. Once the economy recovers and you lose your upper hand, you'll begin to see a max exodus. No one is happy here. Either admit this is a customer service/telemarketing job or stop treating it as a sales position when you know your target is for all of us to make the same amount each year.

  2. "Overall, a really good place to work."

    Pros

Flexible working environment where management truly cares about your well being. A lot of opportunity to be involved in many sides of the business.

    Cons

Somewhat under payed. There is a lot of work to be done by a limited amount of resources. Fast paced and the only thing consistent is change.

    Advice to Management

Trust the numbers. Smart people make smart decisions, let them do their jobs. Focus more on setting long term goals and objectives and less on day to day details.
