Use this as a stepping stone for another job

    Pros

Smart people, ability to take on more responsibility and learn new things, good work life balance, good promotional structure. All of this allows you to use it as a good way to get experience and have something that quickly looks good on your resume.

    Cons

Compensation, benefits, hardware, and perks were pretty bad for the Bay Area, which I doubt that has changed much. People often mentioned their dislike for working at the company and their desire to leave. Turnover was high and the company was aware of it, so that is why they put little effort into trying to retain people long term. Like stated in the title, use this as a stepping stone for another job if you take a job here.
