Pros

Due to COVID, you can now work remotely. The clubs are a great way to socialize within the company. Plenty of company events. Remote offices in tropical destinations during winter months.

Cons

There is a learning budget but you are highly discouraged to use it. You will have to fight tooth and nail for a promised raise so better to negotiate a higher salary from the start. The higher-ups encourage critique but when you give it, they ignore it. The CXOs preach about the company values which contradict with the actions f.ex. green values -> pursuing big oil companies as clients. If you are friends with the bosses, you'll get preferential treatment. If you're not a straight white man, your career advancement is going to be hard here. Lack of promised follow-through with most of the higher-ups. They say that employees can change projects, but if you express that you want to change projects, your contract at the project will still be renewed.

Pros

Fairly strong community, talented people for the most part. Central office location.

Cons

Available projects very limited in scope and everything is CV brokering – project sales and new business acquirement doesn't really work since so many key people have left. Money is very tight and consultants are forced to stay in projects they're not happy with. Some good clients but the positions are hit and miss. The atmosphere is kind of lethargic and not very innovative in general. Salary is below average.
