    Pros

The chance to work with very talented people, very good accounts and build your portfolio.

    Cons

So big and so many people that most of the time your work will go unnoticed. Most of the time your success depends on having a good or bad relationship with the leads.

    Advice to Management

Try not to dumb down the experience and positions of your employees.

    I worked at R/GA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -paid well
-company has a great reputation which helps a lot with your career
-good insight and experience into business marketing techniques

    Cons

-a lot of big egos, favoritism.
-management imagines they are still a cool small start-up company and are oblivious to the employees who do the work which make the company successful. they seem to sometimes resent newer employees for ruining their small, cool, rebel self-image yet are happy to reap the benefits of running a large company
-didn't keep promises. I volunteered to do extra work in exchange to be put on a better project, got a pat on the back, and then they promptly forgot about me
    - you don't get any credit for doing good work unless you are senior. however you can also easily slack off and you won't get fired.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to employees. Reward talented employees by putting them on more meaningful work.
