      Pros

Friendly staff, good base rate of pay, decent benefits, AND newer equipment.

      Cons

No time-and-a-half. Just straight time. The above "pros" negate this, in my opinion.

        Pros

Room for advancement, shift bid normally attained within 2 years. They treat you like family. They work with you if you need time off. Competitive Pay. Organized Company.

        Cons

It can take a bit for a shift bid, but they keep you busy. Wild boards start times can be a little sporadic.

          Pros

The office girls will break up your marriage/relationship so your man will definitely get nookie !

          Cons

No overtime pay to anyone, they will keep you there for as long as possible. You won't see your family or kids. If you work evenings, your day will consist of only sleeping because you will barely have anytime to come home shower or eat ! They will give your position away to people who are not even able to come into work but still make you do that job for the least pay possible, let say you should make 65,000 a year for the position you're doing or covering for ? you'll make only 47,000 like a good dog should.

Gave two interviews recently and got a feedback that I wasn’t able to explain my role as effectively, because of which I won’t be able to transition as fast into a fast-paced environment. I have worked in one small firm and one small-mid firm, and I personally feel I am ready to take up more responsibilities and move to a bigger firm for more exposure. Not sure how else I can explain my roles effectively, even after walking them through everything, how am I supposed to utilise this feedback?

Im really interested in applying for Walmart but I'm not interested in the bs that comes along with it. Especially when nowadays the difference between poverty & not living on the streets is a full-time job (If you're lucky) 🥴🥴

What are hiring managers looking for?? I have had so many interviews and have not gotten the job! I have literally had the people I’ve interviewed with tell me that I was a shoo in for the job, invite me to tour the facilities, and give incredibly positive feedback but I haven’t gotten the jobs. I’m so frustrated because I need to get out of my current job situation asap but have had ZERO luck.
