I would give a 5-star ratings to the CEO, the company, the culture, the people, the benefits, the products, the innovation. Everything about RAB is great!!
Cons
Nothing major to be labeled as "Cons". Since most of us are working remotely, we are not able to meet/know the new employees. Sometimes it's hard to actually tell how many of us in our own department!!! that's it!!

Pros
One of the biggest things that I love about RAB is our CEO and how he takes care of his employees. The way he handled the pandemic and other recent global impacting events is admirable. Not many CEO's do the same. He gives back to employees in many ways. I have been with the company for almost eight years now and I can honestly say that I love my job. Work, life, balance does exist. It is here at RAB. Feeling appreciated is crucial for many in the workplace. It is motivational and contributes to a positive work environment which is often times, hard to come by for many. Other pros are great benefits and amenities, tuition assistance, 401K and so much more.
