      Pros

      Free schedule. Free food in office. It is possible to work remotely. Mostly stress free (depending on team). Exposure to different technologies.

      Cons

      If you are unlucky you are going to work with some old technologies. Most of the time tasks are boring. No division between frontend and backend engineers. Salary growth is quite slow. Undeveloped performance bonus system.

      Pros

      Worked as 1st line support agent and now i'm a head of application support department. All of this due friendly colleagues that teached me a lot of things and company governance that gave me an opportunity to learn what i'm interested in.

      Nothing like this in my experience.
