Pros

Consistently a top performing bank with good employment benefits and a strong national presence.

Cons

Slow to make changes, lack of career progression opportunity.

Advice to Management

There is a lot of talented people who could do a lot more, but are limited due to red tape and managers who look out for themselves and their own careers only.

I worked at RBC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The best of the best in Canada at what they do. This firm is the dominant force in wealth management in Canada. The place to be to make a name for yourself.

    Cons

Cut-throat and disconnected, this is not a place where you go to find fulfillment or emotional support.

    Advice to Management

More active recruitment. Being the best doesn't mean you have to rest on your laurels.
