Pros

Still a good organization to work for.

Cons

New SVP in GTI is destroying the place.

Advice to Management

The new fear-based regime in IT is not only driving employees out the door, but raising stress levels in the remaining staff. Fix it.

    Cons

A long training program is my only complaint, however, it is necessary for new hires to understand our position in the market and banking basics
