    Advice to Management

There are significant inefficiencies within some teams and/or issues with immediate managers/directors and they aren't always approachable or willing to work on them. There should be a mechanism to provide feedback on managers. There should also be counselling or consulting available on dealing with workplace issues that you can't feel like you can approach your manager with.
