I worked at RBC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits. Can't think of any more benefits there.

    Cons

You will be stuck in one position for 3 years or over (many people work for 10-20 years in one position). There is an unwritten rule in the bank -- you are not allowed to apply or will not be considered before you serve a minimum term of 3 years, even if you are highly qualified.

The salary is dismal, the benefits are okay though. Pressure is up and targets get higher and higher every year. If the manager doesn't like you, you won't be rated as top performer and won't get your annual bonus.

Lots of politics and BS in the bank.

    Think twice before joining...
