Approves of CEO

Pros

The company is know and very well respected not only nationally but internationally.

Cons

Being number one comes with the push to remain number one. The company sometimes loses sight of the amount of things that can be rolled out and focused on at one time.

Advice to Management

Find a few core focuses and become excellent at them. Rolling out too many things stresses the staff out and they can become complacent in completing anything with excellence. They become very general in their approach.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

I would say that RBC is very recognized brand in the market. But that does not mean anything by itself.

    Cons

McDoanlds is also very recognized brand does not mean you want to work for McDoanlds. It is okay if you are not a professional.

    Pros

compensation is not bad, job security is good, work environment is great, working hour is not that long. I like it so far.

    Cons

Opportunities for moving up is not that great. Organization structure is diversified. Chances of getting promote is 80% on connection, 10% in performance and 10% by luck.

    Advice to Management

Management should actually have a better high level picture before starting project with unrealistic ETA. Daily meetings for projects that no one cares are consider waste of time. Push and go for something useless is absolutely waste of resource.
