      Pros

This is a GREAT Company to work for!!! The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in. Professional, hard working, top notch employees. Additionally, they really know their business and are really all about the relationship. They care about employee and customer ~ truly!

      Cons

I can't really think of any. It is a great environment with great people!

Good morning, Has anyone ever been asked for an hour long second interview? Especially without discussing salary yet?! I have a two part second interview with a company next week that I am excited about, however, I still haven’t received a response when asking about salary, and it’s a total of an hour split between meeting with five people! Whew I’m a little nervous but more concerned that I may be wasting my energy for minimal pay.

        Manager

Good morning! I had a final interview the other day where I was tasked with presenting a project I was to work on. I presented and was told that my project was refreshing, I anticipated questions, explained my assumptions and there were no questions. In your experiences, is this a good sign? They said they were interested in how I speak and think. Good? Bad? Indifferent? I know everything is a 50/50 shot, but this was the first time I've been in this position, so I'm kind of anxious. Thanks

        Manager

I recently completed a 3 round interview. As I didn’t get the job I asked for feedback from the hiring managers. One responded and told me they think I great job during the interview. I was friendly, personable & professional. Provided an depth look into your experience, explained how I can be an asset to the organization/team, and shared my desire to grow and develop along the way. But the main advice was that I didn’t fully or better explain why I left my last company. Any thoughts on this?
