      Pros

The opportunity to make a lot of money, if you work for it. This isn't your 9-5 but if you aren't making a six figure income then you are not doing things correctly. Sean has great clients, with great relationships that trust him as their advisor and often the roles are exclusive. Sean is fair, has a good heart and a good head on his shoulders to make the right decisions to keep the company growing! Even through the pandemic he's secured new clients, new reqs, and closed a lot of business. Sean can be tough, but always fair.

      Cons

      Not much at the moment

        Pros

RED SKY is a fast-growing & people-centric company and a wonderful place to work! Leadership truly cares about each individual, is empowering and welcomes new ideas & creativity. The culture at RED SKY is the best I've ever worked for and the team is authentic, fun, positive, and loves what they do. All team members are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate themselves to helping you if needed. That’s so helpful, appreciated, comforting and I feel like I belong to something special! Because RED SKY is growing rapidly, there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be a little stressful for some. Personally, I love the challenge.

        Cons

Rapid growth makes a fast-paced environment, not everyone's desire

          Pros

They treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in how management approaches employees, fantastic culture, and empowers you to be the best you can be - with their full support! There are no "hot heads" or yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. The environment is very fun, and the people are warm, supportive, and simply awesome. :) It is a challenging company due to the pace and ingenuity around every corner, which is great. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere. There is a great future if you are willing to work for it.

        Interview Tips

Feel free to post any interview questions you might be asked and I’ll help you compose an effective response :)

        Senior Resource Manager

Last Thursday and Friday I interviewed with 2 hiring managers for 2 different companies. Both of them said they’d like me to progress to the next interview and the recruiter would reach out. One company said they wanted a offer out this month so it would be a quick process. I sent thank you emails and references. I haven’t heard from either recruiter. I had the recruiter screening and hiring manager interview just days apart, I thought I’d hear back by now. Thoughts?!

        Underwriting Support Specialist

Underwriter 1 commercial line posted salary $45k-75k, I am aiming for at least 65k. No degree or designations, currently p&c licensed with 4 years of insurance. Is my goal too high? How should I go about negotiating my salary?

        Program Manager

Just heard that some companies are going to start paying people for their time if they are asking you to do a presentation or something! Does anyone think this will become a thing?
