RED SKY is a great place to work! Séan, is a fantastic boss. He and leadership cares about the staff. Séan really knows his way around the business. He and leadership team is experimental, creative and try's new ways of conducting business, managing the team and engaging with clients. The ability to make great money through base and commission, progress/advance in your career, get training, and have work life balance is here. The people are fun, very friendly and we worked in a collaborative team environment. There are tons of big national/global great clients that RED SKY has developed fantastic relationships with. The culture and values are solid. Overall, it is a really awesome place to work and Séan is a great leader, mentor, and CEO.
