Working at RED SKY has been a great experience so far! The clients we work with in the IT & Cybersecurity space are recognizable "household name" types of companies which has been fun. It is a challenging yet rewarding position and I feel like my opinions and ideas are valued here. The team is great to work with and our Owner/CEO Sean has established himself as an expert in the Cybersecurity community which opens the door to a lot of opportunities. Our success has been great thus far and feel like we have no where to go but up. Looking forward to a bright future with RED SKY!

Pros
RED SKY and leadership truly care about their employees and are constantly asking for our feedback on how to be better. They are a transformational (in a positive & significant way) organization. Always trying to improve and evolve its culture, services, and support to clients, candidates, and employees. It is not perfect but is anywhere?!? I love that they have that as a core guiding principle! I'd recommend RED SKY to anyone.
