The owner (Sean) is a visionary who is very passionate about Cyber Security and promoting good will to his team. He empowers his team to manage their business and gives them all the necessary tools to make them successful. Red Sky Consulting is light years ahead of their competition when it comes to understanding the market and the quality canddates we have in our resource pool.
Cons
A smaller company so not everyone is a fit if you want huge structure and workflow process for everything.

Pros
RED SKY and leadership truly care about their employees and are constantly asking for our feedback on how to be better. They are a transformational (in a positive & significant way) organization. Always trying to improve and evolve its culture, services, and support to clients, candidates, and employees. It is not perfect but is anywhere?!? I love that they have that as a core guiding principle! I'd recommend RED SKY to anyone.
