      Pros

I have worked at this corporation, remotely, now for approximately 2 months. I'm going to rate company culture very high here. Looking for a new corporation is difficult, but especially in a remote setting, you want to make sure you enjoy the personalities of your coworkers. I can honestly say, everyone here is great. Sean, Casey, and Anthony are spectacular leaders but most importantly they have personality and heart. Everyone enjoys a smiling face and a great attitude and all three of my superiors at RED SKY make me feel valued and my hard work is appreciated. There is no micromanagement and they treat us like adults and let us get our work done without holding our hands. That being said, when I do need help, I can pick up the phone and call any one of them, and they are more than happy to help me out. Our commission plans are spectacular and Sean provides us with a heavy base to assure we are motivated and feel fairly compensated for the work we do. The recruiting team, as a whole, is very supportive of team wins. It is not out of the norm to receive 5 congratulatory emails after a team announcement that your candidate received an offer. It's nice to feel supported by coworkers as well as management. We work hard, but we laugh a lot and have fun. The money combined with the company culture is what will make me stay here at RSC for years to come.

      Cons

I don't have many cons. I guess I would say that in order to work here, be prepared to source and headhunt for almost every position you are assigned. If you are a hard worker, you will make tons of money. If you are lazy and expect candidates to fall into your lap while you collect your base pay, you will not last long. That being said, this is the type of environment I thrive in, so if you're a money-chaser, this job is for you.

        Pros

RED SKY and leadership truly care about their employees and are constantly asking for our feedback on how to be better. They are a transformational (in a positive & significant way) organization. Always trying to improve and evolve its culture, services, and support to clients, candidates, and employees. It is not perfect but is anywhere?!? I love that they have that as a core guiding principle! I'd recommend RED SKY to anyone.

          Pros

Remote flexibility? Many local and national staffing organizations offer this perk.

          Cons

If you are considering a job with Red Sky, please do your due diligence in researching the company and CEO. Run a background check on the CEO.

Hello, does anyone know of Susan Riedel because she is my hiring manager and said I received the position although has not responded in a day. Is she employed at this company or is this a job scam?
