Dull as dishwater - Anonymous employee RELX Employee Review

It's like going to work every day with John Major's boring older brother. The company is dull and very old fashioned. Most offices are in desperate need of refurbishment. Some of the smaller offices are very nice. Company does not like to spend money, not at all. Terrible health cover, no employee perks. Salary and bonus scheme are lacking. It is structured so that you will be very unlikely to get half the bonus in your contract. 50 percent of the bonus depends on some obscure financial performance metric which nobody understands.
