    Pros

    There are some very bright people at RES. They are quite clever about managing online opinions and I would not be a bit surprised if there was a marketing blitz behind the amazing volume of overtly positive well written reviews here. Seems a bit over done.

    Cons

    Klaus is awful. The workload is unbearable. Direction shifts at every corner and the turnover is tremendous. It is a scary place and interviewees should beware. I saw sexual harassment, laughing over firing people, yelling and screaming at employees. It's a toxic environment.

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to act like human beings.

    I have been working at RES Software full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great team of people, opportunity to contribute and grow, fast growing, a product set that works and provides great value, strong partner and channel community. Company focuses sales on current products, not on futures. I have been here for a relatively short time, but so far my experience is the culture is very team oriented with everyone working together towards common goals.

    Cons

    Not cons, but be aware, company supports many geographies and, depending on your role, could require a lot of travel, be prepared to work with people from very different backgrounds and cultures.
