Work from anywhere, flexible hours as long as the work gets done, cool people. Visionary leaders and exciting company ideas. Everyone works together collaboratively on most projects
Cons
No guidance on work for the day. unstable work flow. Sometimes nothing is going on and sometimes it is super busy! It's a new company and closing deals always takes longer than expected
