Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at RGIS full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

-Higher base pay than most jobs without education requirements
-Opportunities for growth from within
-Flexible hours
-Holidays are normally off
-Makes a good part time job for supplemental income
-Paid driving

Cons

-Lack of hours
-A lot of travel, which could be seen as a positive or negative
-Either very short days or very Long days
-Hours are all over the place

Advice to Management

Don't schedule people back to back, use common sense when scheduling stores. I know I can't do a night store to turn around and go somewhere else at 4 am the next day, especially as a driver.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Flexible hours and time off requests honored are two good reasons for working at RGIS.

    Cons

The potential lack of hours or stability of hours can be tough for some people. No retirement and lousy insurance is another negative. The job is a, "go go go" type of job where you are continuously rated on how well you do. A poor performance in a period = loss of pay. There are no real raises afforded to employees unless your office's hiring base increases.

    Advice to Management

Take care of the employees who make your company what it is. The "pay for performance" sounds great on paper, but it only hurts the company as people are always looking to cheat the system if it protects or helps them personally.
