    I worked at RGP full-time

    Pros

Work Life Balance, professional services colleagues, benefits, flexibility, little bureaucracy to get things done and propose/implement ideas

    Cons

No evaluations for management employees, resulted in subjective and unclear promotion and bonus processes which was detrimental to morale and used as a subtle means to push people out of the organization. No Company Career Trajectory or path to promotion and professional development/training Client & Business Development teams holds most weight in the organization over the recruiting team. Instances of management leader conduct were overlooked for those generating large client revenue, compromising teamwork effectiveness and overall cultural values in local office

I have been working at RGP full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The camaraderie within the office is hands down the best I have ever been a part of. Leadership takes great pride in ensuring successes are celebrated and appreciated. All levels of the company treat each other with respect and integrity. You can always talk to the management team, any subject matter - they listen!

    Cons

Historically, compensation reviews are not allotted annually. They do compensate through yearly bonuses, which are greatly appreciated, however annual compensation increases should be considered, as most companies provide this incentive. (even if it's small)

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I have been working at RGP full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great working with goal oriented team members. RGP has a growth mindset and isn't afraid to embrace changes in industries, especially technology. Remote access is a huge benefit for work-life balance.

    Cons

Streamlining process nationally and internationally and adjusting to reorganization can prove difficult. There are growth opportunities for those who seek it.
