I worked at RHI full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good Compensation package, good and flexible work schedule.
PLENTY of improvement opportunities, its easy to get quick wins with good and fast results

    Cons

Senior management does not allow growth, even block or steal improvement initiatives, old people´s main priority is get retirement benefits and the will trick by all means to get it.
S&OP non-existent, results are not important, important is to be well with the boss, bosses lie or cheat about their results to upper management presentations.
Integrity suposed to be a company value but a lack of integrity in many employees in day to day circumstances is a normal and accepted behaviour.

    Advice to Management

Be aware of your leaders, make 360° evaluations, identify your weaknesses AND ACT!!!, make sure that your values are more than a printed canvas
