    I have been working at RHI (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Stable Work Environment, Good Work-Life Balance, Good Office Location and near to MRT access, Ability to travel within SEA Region, allows you the freedom to work Independently, Fine Dental and Healthcare Benefits.

    Cons

    No rewards for over-achieving employees, no 13th month bonus, Year-End Bonus Calculation Scheme is extremely limiting and does not properly reward employees, employee feedback on welfare is often ignored, Not much development opportunities if you are an employee outside of Vienna HQ.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to rank your employees better and pay those who put in more effort to achieve results instead of applying the same scheme across the board. Star Employees are not recognized in any form for over-achieving and this is extremely demoralizing, especially your Sales Force which is your only profit center.
