Absolutely none I can think of………..

Worst place to work in all my life, they undervalue hard working loyal employees. No appreciation but speaking to current employees it’s even worse right now. Promoting people with no background, the team structure is so messy. they have their favourites they pick for wider opportunities, awards etc. So happy to have left. I agree with the previous, if you’re not certain people from the Kings road store, or have connections there don’t apply for the roles!

Pretty dresses, nice locations, nice coworkers

Unfortunately, as beautiful and lovely as it may seem, Rixo has mastered a highly toxic work environment designed to exploit and somehow degrade the mental health of their staff. Rixo is disorganized at best and manipulative and exploitative at worst. I can’t help but wonder if the lack of a Human Resource staff is designed on purpose. Rixo does not communicate any policy or procedures to staff and then blames employees for not knowing a process. Being denied lunch hour, time off and use of employee discount is common. This is not the company for you if you are looking to grow and expand your skill set, Rixo does not invest in their employees and does an excellent job of belittling them and making them feel inferior. The work environment is incredibly toxic. My manager spent most of her time on her phone and would go around asking other employees how their coworkers were doing, further creating an unusually competitive and stressful environment to work in, never quite knowing if you were being discussed behind your back or not. My Manager would place blame on her subordinates for mistakes that she made to make herself look better. Morale is low and turnover is extremely high. Comments about size and body shapes is the norm. I wish I never worked there, I spent too much of my free time second guessing if what I was experiencing was really real because I just couldn’t fathom treating others in an unprofessional and disrespectful way. I do not think anything will change as this culture is engrained in the system.
