Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for the feedback for areas where we can improve. We always want to make sure our team members are fairly rewarded and enjoy their time at RIXO. If you would like to have an exit interview with our HR team to discuss any feedback in more details and ways we can improve we would be happy to facilitate this.

Cons
Team at RIXO were great but they pay terribly. For the work that everyone does and puts into the brand, they really don't pay their staff enough which is a shame because it is a nice brand to work for and the team is great. The overtime hours are absurd and you are expected to work overtime and it's 'company culture' to work so many hours but not get paid for it/take it back. Would warn others to consider this.... All in all, the company is under-staffed, employees are over-worked and under-paid.
Worst place to work in all my life, they undervalue hard working loyal employees. No appreciation but speaking to current employees it’s even worse right now. Promoting people with no background, the team structure is so messy. they have their favourites they pick for wider opportunities, awards etc. So happy to have left. I agree with the previous, if you’re not certain people from the Kings road store, or have connections there don’t apply for the roles!
