    Force you to work against your availability, pay is garbage, no room to move up, no raises, management plays favorites.

    Get organized, get more in tuned with their clients, treat staff better, pay raises are really needed, and strive to become professional.

    I love my clients and I love helping people which would be the best reason to work there.

    Cons

    They are Inconsiderate with peoples time and they Are Always short Staff.people always call off. High turn over rate and people don’t do there job correctly.

    They need to higher better staff who likes to work and come to work .
