    Pros

Great employee benefits and work environment, wonderful people to work with

    Cons

Most of the HR personnel are absolutely not professional. Management is run without considering the mindset of Indian people and is mostly run under the authority of one person whose decision is never overridden even by HR.

Japanese company can have aspects of cultural nepotism, sometimes language can be a barrier, late nights for calls are often the challenge.

    Advice to Management

Support those that work for you. Particularly those that redeem a such a large investment
