      Pros

      There are some really good people in non-leadership roles Work at home Thursday Lots of parties and drinking Easy commute if you live in SF

      Cons

      The "leadership" team is a joke. They simply do not care about most of the staff Terrible communication skills - again from the leadership team Major egos running the DAS group Anyone good leaves as soon as they feel the surge of ego Constant turnover - it's a revolving door Worked to the bone for very low pay Not a very PC place. Swearing and non-professional interactions are very common

      - Agency Fridays - Work Culture - No A-holes - New Ideas are actually listened to - The whole CS team top to bottom are great people!

      Cons

      - Typical agency timelines and deadlines - No PM team - Sometimes either an early morning or later afternoon is required due to timezone meeting overlaps (depending if you're PST or EST)

      Pros

      A great culture adapted to a fully remote company. Client focused at all times, with a team approach to each client

      Cons

      If the clients reduce contracts because of economic downturns, then layoffs happen - and it's not hard to see that coming.
