      Pros

Opportunities for collaboration and education through ROI-U program, team dynamics, meetings with colleagues within same role, and trainings to solve problems and stay up to date with changes in the industry.

      Cons

Work life balance could be improved but leadership is willing to help prioritize projects to ensure employees can complete tasks within work hours and have a life outside of the office.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience as part of the ROI team! I also love our emphasis on continued education. Not only do we have the opportunity to learn through formal training workshops and pop-up learning events, but because we work with so many intelligent, driven team members, we also get the benefit of constantly learning from each other. I am happy to hear you have been able to work with leadership to help you strike a healthy balance between life and work. Of course, if you have any feedback on how we can continue to improve work-life balance/work-life integration, please feel free to reach out or join my weekly Open Office Hours. I'd love to hear from you! Best, Barbara

        Pros

The leadership at ROI is hard to beat. They truly care about the wellbeing of employees and listen to employee feedback. There is a great company culture with lots of perks and great benefits. The company has embraced a hybrid work environment that gives employees lots of work from home flexibility without giving up the great company culture. If you give ROI your best, ROI will give you its best in return. Leadership will strive to give you the opportunities that meet your goals and personal priorities. The company is always looking for ways to provide more opportunities to employees and help alleviate pain points.

        Cons

Where there are pain points, it can take some time to see changes come to fruition.

          Pros

It's a great environment to learn all about the digital advertising ecosystem.

          Cons

Your success really depends on your client's industry and technical expertise.

Thank you for your review! As you mentioned, learning is a huge part of the culture at ROI Revolution. From the start, we are committed to making sure our team members have frequent and meaningful opportunities to learn and grow their skill sets, enabling them to meet their personal and professional goals. In Client Services, one’s specific set of clients can have a big impact on their day to day. Our leadership team works closely with our sales department to identify client relationships that will be successful for both the client and our teams. We also strive to create a diverse set of client accounts for each team member to build their skills in various areas. If you have additional thoughts on more we can do in this area, we’d love to hear from you! I’d encourage to reach out directly to one of our Service Directors or our VP of Client Services to discuss. Best, Barbara

I have a 3rd interview for the same position coming up with the HR Director. What should I expect? Already met with the team manager, Hr Specialist and Regional Director.

Anyone have any experience with headhunters? Been out of work for 10+ months and have had several recommendations to work with one. No idea where to start or if it's worth the trouble, but I am really desperate at this point...
