Great Company!

I’m a long timer, having been with Ross for 25 years now heading up sales, marketing and product management. Honestly, Ross is a fantastic place to work and we keep making it better. We’ve got a hugely talented team of people that do amazing work for our clients. This is a great place to learn, work with cutting edge technology and work on real products that get deployed on some of the world’s biggest events and a dream list of very cool global clients in the media and entertainment space, big tech, corporations, government, houses of worship, education and sports. You get to see the results of your work on TV, in stadiums, at rock concerts in event centers and even now in places like Times Square with the recent acquisition of D3LED. Good benefits (we continue to make them better), competitive pay (ditto) and an open and collaborative customer-centric culture. We’ve got some pretty incredible success stories with people coming in and really growing their careers at Ross while making an impact and contributing in a big way to the company’s (and our client’s) success. We’ve got a broad portfolio of products and services and there’s an opportunity to move around. Ross’ employee Net Promoter score in the 70s which is in the ninetieth percentile! The vast majority that join us stick around for a long time.
Cons
Rapid growth sometimes creates pressure points and overworked staff.

"We don't fire because of COVID" -Fired 1 year later

Not much can really be said.
Cons
If you aren't vaccinated for a REMOTE job you'll be put on a indefinite suspension without pay until you leave (or get fired).

I'm sorry that it didn't work out for you. Your role required that you be trained in person extensively by other Ross staff and that meant you needed to be vaccinated at that time for everyone's safety. The remote aspect wasn't relevant to the decision. (Noting that you actually only worked at Ross for one month). Living with Covid is an evolving process and our company policies have continually evolved to align with global laws, and to maximize the health and safety of our team and our customers. I'm sorry that your vaccination preferences didn't align with Ross policies at that time. - David Ross
