Different teams not always on same page. Small company processes don't fit as company gets bigger.

Yes, it's always a difficult decision - how much room do you give teams for innovation and autonomy and how much do you enforce "big company" standardization. There's no perfect answer to this but we do lean more towards promoting innovation than standardization in areas where we have a choice. That said, as we continue to grow rapidly, we need to continue to add those processes where it makes sense. Don't hesitate to speak up where you see opportunities for improvement. If you aren't vaccinated for a REMOTE job you'll be put on a indefinite suspension without pay until you leave (or get fired).

I'm sorry that it didn't work out for you. Your role required that you be trained in person extensively by other Ross staff and that meant you needed to be vaccinated at that time for everyone's safety. The remote aspect wasn't relevant to the decision. (Noting that you actually only worked at Ross for one month). Living with Covid is an evolving process and our company policies have continually evolved to align with global laws, and to maximize the health and safety of our team and our customers. I'm sorry that your vaccination preferences didn't align with Ross policies at that time. - David Ross
