Pros

I've been in the Project Management Industry for 10+ years. Royal is the best place I have worked in my career up to this point, period. It has a great culture, with GREAT people who truly want you to succeed. They are great about providing resources, mentorship, learnings - and just overall showing that they actually "care" about your career and personal well-being. If you're on the fence, go for it. They also respect work-life balance greatly which was appreciated. The job isn't always easy, but they recognize and respect your down time when things get hectic.

Cons

I don't consider it a con at all really, but I will mention that Royal is currently in a growing phase and making large changes to on-boarding and project tracking - all of these changes are for the better; but I should mention that if you start now you will be in the midst of learning some of these changes. Again, not a bad thing at all - but should be worth mentioning for anyone who starts soon at the time of this review.

Pros

Small company Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office, 2 remote Flexible on days to work remotely Flexible on start and end times Most co-workers were kind Monthly celebration of birthdays and tenure

Cons

Constantly changing direction of company Lack of transparency from upper management Extremely high workload First full paycheck may not be for an entire month after you start working there, depending on your start date. Only 12 paychecks a year vs being paid bi-weekly Terrible software systems
