Pros

They do have some good people at the company.

Cons

Company is currently taking over places but have a poor aquistion style. When I was hired on, it was only 3 of us for two propeties totally close to 500 market rate units. No support because of this and the office team left professionalism with co-workers behind or something. They wouldnt bother giving us our work orders typically until the end of the day. Then they would call them all an emergency. I felt bad for the residents most of the time, because it was the office staff that delayed work orders. In addition to that, when you wanted to the leave the company they held your last check. They do direct deposit but if you give your notice, they conveinantly stop doing direct deposit and oyuhave to chase your check down.

Thank you for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated. Regarding the timing of work orders, this has never been our policy and we apologize that you had this experience. We have had great success in streamlining our acquisitions process as proven by our tremendous growth over the last two years. Also, it is and has been our policy that all final pay checks issued after an employee’s resignation or termination will be paid in the form of a live check and mailed directly to the former employee.

Pros

Property Managers, and Employees are great! Residents and Vendors are friendly Never a dull moment in the world of property management! - Workplace culture: At the property level, everyone gets along pretty well. Just don't mention Trump or Harris, and you will be golden. - The hardest part of the job: Sometimes you get a resident that for whatever reason you can never do right by them. Just remember, you can't make everyone happy... - The most enjoyable part of the job: Meeting new people everyday, and speaking with them above pretty much anything.

Cons

Current Regional needs better people skills as they tend to break down subordinates, Can't really avoid this person as they live on site, You can't live on the salary they pay you, You need a second job to make ends meet.
