I worked at RPA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Learned a lot and worked with some very smart people

    Cons

Looking back on this, my experience at RPA was extremely unhealthy. Long hours, low pay, and a team that considered everything an emergency. Office gossip was also prevalent by everyone from assistants to directors. RPA tries too hard to have a "fun" culture by putting on courtyard happy hours every few weeks, but it's not enough to mask what actually goes on in the agency. Comparing my experience at RPA to my experience at my new agency, I'm surprised I don't have serious PTSD.

    Pros

RPA has a wonderful work culture that makes it easy to come into work everyday. The company creates a collaborative learning environment where upper management listens to each associate's ideas and supports the growth of every employee.

    Cons

While RPA has a fantastic work culture, the company unfortunately does not pay as well as most other agencies in the industry. However, upper management does not expect you to work long hours as is common in the industry.
