Since it's a mid-sized - small agency, you get to do a lot of things you wouldn't get to do ad a large agency. You touch every piece of creative and traffic ads/tv spots/radio spots - things you wouldn't get to do at a big agency
Cons
Workload is intense Pay is low Hours are long
