    Pros

This is such a wonderfully family oriented company. The health benefits are good.

    Cons

Always had issues with assistant managers. Either being short staffed, or over staffed.

I have been working at RPM Pizza part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible hours. Short shifts. Part time

    Cons

Owners keep taking away benefits from employees and managers. Always looking for ways to let give managers their bonuses. Took ability to get tips away from insiders/ CSRs.

    Advice to Management

They say they are one of the top companies to work for, but how can you be when to take money and benefits away from your store employees? The people who are making these decisions have obviously not had to worry about buying food or gas in the last few years.

I have been working at RPM Pizza full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - OK pay: You make enough to constitute a livable amount but nothing you can do anything else with - Scheduling restrictions are ok: As a CSR or Driver, your scheduling restrictions are usually followed as well as possible - Food is always around? - Benefits: the benefits are actually really good

    Cons

    - Very high stress: The customers have become very entitled and are belligerent beyond belief. There are unreasonable expectations is place for many in management positions which leads to more stress - Short staffed: The entire area is short staffed and that has resulted is overworking many of the people in management positions - Work life balance: Most Assistant Managers work an average of 60 hours a week just to... keep most stores in the area open. GMs are required 47 in store, but they don't take into consideration the amount of time we spend on call or handling store issues on our days off. - Work environment: The poor pay for non management has led to scraping the bottom of the barrel for staffing and that creates more work for managers, which leads to 0 morale.

    Advice to Management

Raise pay across the board to bring more people who want jobs and who are actually willing to work. Give GMs the option to work off schedule so that they can be there when they are needed, not having to adhere to a strict schedule. Stop putting so much stress in your people. Give management more freedom to run things. BETTER PAY.
