      Do not regret my decision to become a Racker at all. It's great to be surrounded by bright and dedicated developers. There is no shortage of resources and support to help us grow as developers.

      Nothing unique to the company. Some folks just love having meetings.

      Legacy company trying to turn around, partnership with Palantir. Joint venture with AMD

      Cons

      Poor middle management, toxic and finger-pointing based work culture. Lot of Unprofessional people. Wrong people in leadership— who are way above their head in managing 100+ sales individuals
