Ability to work remote with good growth opportunities.
Cons
As it is with most companies these days, it's a revolving door. The ability to gain stable footing and growth is hampered by people leaving and new talent entering.
Deploying the latest cloud technologies to help customers. Broad portfolio. Deep expertise. Global presence.
Cons
Losing talent across the entire company, some due to workforce reduction, others due to people leaving voluntarily. Senior leadership cares only about hitting numbers and meeting private equity focused goals. The only time you hear from leaders is at the end of the month when its time to cheer on the team with tone-deaf and insincere "rah rah go team you can do it" emails. Leaders are trying to cut their way to better numbers, which never works. Now they have announced the possibility of breaking the company up into smaller parts to sell off individually. They are desperate to get to their PE end game and are ruining a formerly great company in the process.
