Current Employee - Client Support Technician in Fort Worth, TX
Approves of CEO

Pros

Friendly people. Casual, somewhat laid back atmosphere. Opportunities to rise above the average employee. The company is growing, which is a positive in many ways, but not in others.

Cons

Growth has not be matched in scale across the various pillars which are the reason for the growth. The morale one of the major support teams is a constant battle to maintain as the demand for output is high. The proverbial positive harvest in terms of dollars and company, financial goals don't appear to match the weight of work load on this support group.

Advice to Management

"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." Collaborate with those who wish to actively contribute in a positive, constructive fashion in order to create a solid, effective, efficient means by which to train the support staff.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

It looks like they have good benefits package, friendly people to work with, nice location, good working environment, learning techniques.

    Cons

They don't train well, they work you too hard for a low amount of pay, and all they are worry about is numbers. They are more concerned about quantity than quality.

    Advice to Management

Start paying attention to the employees, because someone might be struggling in this economy, and make a living. Focus on an employee that wants to work hard for your company.
