Excellent benefits package along with incredible vacation time
Cons
Top down management is mediocre at best. ZERO accountability, ideas shot down before they're even put to paper, poor decision making, scheduling and micro-managing is atmospheric. No push/pull or Kanban system for material which leads to constantly running out. Experience and seniority mean nothing. No pay structure. Pay scale is 20yrs behind the times
