Survival and low pay and no job security - Assembler Radio Frequency Systems Employee Review

The management is arrogant and mostly do nothing, I know guys who’ve worked here for 16 years and never became permanent. Stagnant wages this place is the epitome of the working poor it’s really sad this is not a place you want to work for long term there is no future here
