I have been working at RadioShack full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I like the pace of the tech and cell phone world....

    Cons

Focus areas are based on dashboard.... dashboard... and more dashboard. No focus on total customer Solution. Also would not hurt to offer a tab more money in order to attract better hires.

    Advice to Management

Create stronger base pay and stronger communications from HQ down to Lower levels of Staff.

I worked at RadioShack full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people are great! What you see is what you get.

    Cons

Not much interaction or visability to the Executive Management team. No company mission statement. Need to pay what the Industry pays to get and keep good people.

    Advice to Management

Stop focusing on cell phones. Go back to what RadioShack is known for. Make being a geek a cool thing. Get in touch with your people. They have a lot of great ideas!
