    Pros

Good crew and work culture, profit share bonuses every quarter, Cane's love

    Cons

New managers don't seem to be trained as well as they used to be, trouble filling managerial spots leaving many restaurants understaffed

Very Compromising and a Very Friendly Workspace

    Pros

Very compromising and was able to accommodate my sport schedule as I am a student athlete. Flexible with how many days your work a week or how many hours you work a week. Also very accommodating with vacations if given notice in advance of how many days you're going to be out and when you're leaving/coming back. Coworkers are also very friendly and you feel very safe within the work place. Managers are very fun and awesome to work with as well. Restaurant is very well-managed and they give good pay ($10/hour).

    Cons

Workplace itself is very busy, fast-paced, and somewhat stressful depending on what time of day and what day it is. Strict on uniform (cannot wear any other shirt/sweatshirt/jacket that is anything but the Cane's gear). Getting the Cane's gear needed for work is also a hassle, and it takes time and effort to get it.
