    Good work life balance. Avg Salary. Freedom to explore.

    Poor employee development programs, promotions almost non-existent.

    Great people, good work-life balance, able to contribute and make a difference

    Cons

    Restructuring from this summer was poorly designed and executed. Very demoralizing to all including those retained.

    Doesn't matter anymore as will become part of ConAgra
