      - Meet positive and hardworking people - Go overseas as a volunteer - Safe and security support at all the times

      Cons

      High management is not organised and they are not able to support properly all the volunteers. There is no career progression within the organisation and they will not even come back to you.

      Great experience for people looking to help the community and gain leadership experience while exploring rural India. Also a great experience for team-building skills.

      Cons

      Perhaps more interaction with the locals for the work involved and more options for projects to choose from.
