I worked at Ralph Lauren full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

great discounts for employees and good benefits.

Cons

H/R is extremely corrupt. Managers are extremely abusive!!!!!!!!!! They swear at employees and destroy them through yearly reviews. You can ONLY reach senior level if you are either Blond or White.

Advice to Management

Please fix H/R. They are too involved in the politics in house. They allow managers in design to insult and torment people that make the products this company prides itself with.

I worked at Ralph Lauren as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Amazing company culture, beautiful office building, fun activities, good hours, PAID, and a perfect internship experience

    Plus free M&Ms

    Cons

    The free M&Ms. I couldn't control myself!
Very few, but some interns do have it better than others. On some departments they are just glorified messengers, and on others they are treated as part of the team. Very few supervisors were bad though, it was just the tasks assigned were somewhat tedious (as in every internship, really)

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up
