Great company culture. They do care about their employees. Lots of initiatives throughout the year to celebrate DEI, community giveback, employee milestones, etc. Decent health insurance. Stock options at a certain level. Promotes rotations throughout the company— opportunities to be exposed to different parts of the business. Flex place policy is great for parents or those who prefer to work from home.
Cons
Because they are such a large brand it is extremely corporate. You can feel like a number at times which can be a vulnerable spot as the business and team structures are ever changing. No significant opportunities to influence the business in the way the company works unless you are at executive level. You often feel at though you are just executing. No 401k match until 1 year of service. While it’s great that there is a ton of long service employees, it is extremely cliquey. Heavy zoom culture— often early or late in the evening because of their flex place policy.
