Pros

Bring free Six Flags tickets in summer.

Cons

The worst company I have worked in my life. Supervisors are totally incompetent, are not professionals and do not know how to work with employees. Most likely not have GED. Floor employees always have dirty bathrooms. The salary increase is only .08 cents per year. Only get 2 weeks vacation and five personal days. No sick days and the excuse is that if you are sick use personal days. HR never gets complaints against supervisors as it should be. My supervisor had about 25 reports last and never did anything.

Pros

Solid Overtime Opportunities Health, dental, and retirement plans are above average for the industry. Union Representation Decent Pay

Cons

Unstable Scheduling – Shifts change daily without notice; expect to work anywhere from 8 to 14 hours with little regard for work-life balance. No Real Holidays – Holidays are rarely honored; time off is often denied, or no answer till day of for day off or overridden, and working Saturdays is frequently mandatory. Lack of Respect from Management – Employees are not valued or listened to, and communication is often dismissive or one-sided. Biased and Male-Dominated Culture – Clear favoritism toward male employees; management decisions often reflect gender bias. No Training or Support – You're expected to perform without proper guidance or resources, leading to confusion and mistakes followed by discipline and made out to be looked down to. Demotions Without Cause – Roles and responsibilities can be stripped at management’s discretion with little to no explanation and no warning. Union Leadership Lacks Representation – The union vice president appears to act in self-interest, often making decisions without input from all shifts or fairly representing the broader membership.
