Pros
In a struggling economy having a job is a pro. Also, from speaking with previous co-workers I know that some offices have the luxury of having a good working environment.
Cons
A good working environment should not be a luxury, A manager once told me she has dealt with a lot worse. Why base what you have dealt with in the past on how you deal with your current employees? Also, I read a review somewhere on this page which quickly sums up the consultant position at Randstad "bait & switch" They bait you by saying "it is mostly recruiting" and once you are hired they eventually switch it to.."oh btw it is also an extremely aggressive sales position combined with recruiting,cold calling, receptionist, payroll, administrative assistant, etc. etc. "
